CTI has a state-of-the-art processing plant where the routing of the plant is designed for the storing, processing and production for seafoods according to strict hygienic procedures. The facility has multiple compartments with their own purpose: disinfection station, defrosting/oyster cell, processing, internal lab and a 0-degrees Celsius cell. All rooms are temperature controlled, meaning we are able to create the best environment for each individual product.
Due to our strategic position on the island we are able to deliver every local order the same day or even within hours when our customers have run short in products. Next to local delivery, we are 20 minutes away from the airport where we can export our products within 24 hours to Europe and even quicker to the USA. Curaçao has a strong airlift for both markets where the supply-chain can be kept short, tight and controlled.
